銅鑼灣世貿中心全面翻新完畢,已經有不少名店和食肆進駐💃,第一間分店開在大圍嘅Choubo Kissaten,一直因為太遠去吾成,諗吾到新店選址在銅鑼灣,即刻同老公一齊去朝聖昭和風洋食cafe嘅新體驗~裝修行木系風格🪑,非常雅緻。入口已是打卡位,不僅有一棵仿真樹🌳迎客,還有一條旋轉樓梯,打卡一流📸。同時點少得別緻嘅日式小精品同食器出售,中意煮食嘅人不可錯過,高顏值嘅盛器絕對令每一餐都更可口~座位間隔空間充足又闊落,內裡景色開陽,可以望到維港景色🌃,遠眺ICC,夜間造訪非常浪漫溫馨。▶️日式紅酒燉牛肉蛋包飯🍛($145)非常滿足嘅蛋包飯,燉牛肉分量慷慨,將牛了條牛肋條切成粒狀,每粒都浸透醬汁,肥瘦均勻,一口size而且啖啖肉。蛋包飯系炒底,混有健康蔬菜,淋上特製醬汁,用刀切開時,半熟嘅蛋漿流曬出嚟,視覺上都好吸引~▶️南蠻塔塔醬日式炸豬扒定食($138)豬扒炸至金黃色,外脆內嫩,配上南蠻塔塔醬,下面搭配爽脆嘅拌菜,入口口感多元,非常惹味!▶️日式炸雞翼🐣($75)雖然哩碟食得有D狼狽,但係佢嘅味道真係有驚喜!雞翼炸至酥脆,再沾上濃郁嘅醬汁,入口味道濃郁,有些少韓式醬油炸雞嘅風味!▶️日式布甸船🍮($108)特別推薦哩道甜品,如果系想下午同朋友坐低傾下計,哩個甜品真係不可錯過!賣相很有復古色彩,除咗主角焦糖布甸,另外一個Lotus芝士脆餅都係非常邪惡~芝士脆餅甜而不膩,布甸蛋味濃郁,口感嫩滑,現在回想都食指大動~▶️白桃梳打/草莓沙冰🍹(套餐升級+$28)賣相都幾精緻,下次要試埋咖啡同奶類~ continue reading

有啲掛住喺日本嘅布甸,所以就是試左依一間喫茶cafe,果然冇令小編失望,除咗播啲甜品給人之外,令到佢哋嘅蛋包飯都係另一賣點,之前真係都大埔分店,而家連銅鑼灣都有,真係方便大家去試吓同朋友兩個人叫咗咖喱牛肋肉蛋包飯,職員會另上咖喱汁,另外佢都會俾啲時間你哋影吓相,之後就會係你面前切開個蛋,啲蛋漿就會慢慢流落嚟,至於蛋包飯裏面嘅飯就係蕃茄炒出嚟嘅,再配上咖喱汁其實味道都唔錯,雞蛋亦都好滑,同埋鰻魚玉子蓋飯,玉子卷做得好厚身,而且好滑同好重雞蛋味,鰻魚味道都唔錯,冇骨嘅,小食我哋就叫咗個南蠻炸雞,炸雞好鬆軟,另外再配上南蠻汁再加沙律醬同生菜絲最後就係日式布甸船,呢個甜品超級人,除咗有日式焦糖雞蛋布甸之外,仲有Lotus 焦糖芝士脆餅,一層一層芝士醬再夾lotus餅碎,依兩個甜品都係小編最愛,食完之後好滿足!飲品方面,我哋就試左草莓沙冰同焙茶麻薯沙冰,兩杯飲品都好特別,而且都好適合打卡!😎 continue reading
