𝗛𝘆𝗮𝘁𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆嘅好幾間餐廳都幾出名,今次就襯屋企人生日,去咗空中泰菜餐廳𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐞食午餐慶祝。話明空中餐廳,一坐底就比佢嘅180度海景吸引,可以飽覽維港嘅絕美景色🗾 餐廳環境舒服,食物精緻高質,午餐只係$190起,絕對係性價比之選🔥𝐁𝐮𝐛𝐮推介🔥👍 韓式炸西蘭花 𝙆𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝘽𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙞雖然唔係泰國菜,但呢個韓式炸椰菜花作為前菜真係俾到驚喜我。椰菜花炸得香脆,入面軟腍,加上辣椒醬好惹味。配上椰菜紅蘿蔔絲沙律,為辣味嘅口腔帶來一陣清新。👍 蕉葉烤紅鯛魚 𝘽𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙖 𝘽𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙚𝙩儀式咁滿滿嘅主菜,以一大塊蕉葉包住椰汁紅鯛魚去烤,成功鎖住紅鯛魚嘅肉汁,超嫩滑。椒鹽底部仲包住好多粉絲,吸哂魚同椰汁嘅精華。👍 紅咖喱虎蝦 𝙏𝙞𝙜𝙚𝙧 𝘾𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙮紅紅嘅一碟,有兩大隻虎蝦,紅咖喱配上左烤菠蘿、椰子、辣椒、泰國青檸等充滿香味嘅配料,每一啖咖喱都充滿泰國風情。虎蝦咁大隻,當然有大大隻蝦肉,肉質彈牙,好新鮮。👍 可可椰子 𝘾𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙤 & 𝘾𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙪𝙩好驚喜嘅甜品🤩 賣相好靚,一層層黑白相間,主要味道係朱古力同椰子,最驚喜係中間嘅朱古力泡芙包住椰子雪糕,外層香脆,椰子雪糕好香椰子味。整體用上黑可可,唔會太甜,好滿足🍫 📍Cruise Restaurant & Bar 北角北角邨里1號香港維港凱悅尚萃酒店西座23樓
